A 10-day celebration of art, Arts & the Park runs April 24 through May 3

Hot Springs' 10-day arts festival, Arts & the Park, kicks off April 24 with the unveiling of this year's Art Moves exhibit along the Hot Springs Creek Greenway Trail and a meet-and-greet with Patrick Shearn of Poetic Kinetics at Garvan Woodland Gardens.
